indirect light emission for appliance diffuser made in an innovative ultra-light material (only 120 grammes) consisting in two sheets of aluminium joined by a layer of polyethylene: when cut by laser the aluminium becomes an original kind of shade that masks and reflects the direct light from the lamp. with source halogen or fluorescent compact lamp with electronic ballast (on demand dimmable with remote control). metallic diffuser is a perfectly mirroring flat protective surface, also available with  natural aluminium brushed-matt finish.
